Where: University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, PA
Presented by the North American Vegetarian Society, it is a week of over 60 speakers on topics such as health, cooking and animal rights. It also includes all meals that are all vegan and prepared under Chef Mark Reinfeld. Part of the appeal is also just meeting a great group of vegans and vegetarians who, in my opinion are the friendliest people on the planet. Hundreds of people attend every year.
